Are you a highly motivated individual, looking for an opportunity to earn serious uncapped commission?

We’re looking for a Telesales Team Leader to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll coach, support & lead a team of outbound telesales agents in conjunction with the Sales Manager whilst delivering your own appointment target. Working closely with our Senior Sales, you’ll be a great team; setting appointments, closing deals, and earning great commission.

We’ve got your back in this and we’ll support both you and your team’s development all the way, from initial training to regular coaching and mentoring - what makes you successful makes us stronger. This is a key position in our growth plan, yours is a crucial role in our business as we have rapid growth plans, and we are poised to grow at an incredible rate.

**_Relevant Experience: _**
- Good Customer service, telephone, and written skills
- Being proactive, motivational, and able to deliver results in a pressurised environment
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Adaptability/to be flexible to changing business demands
- Positive and Professional approach to work
- Be able to create process and manage the delivery of the solution
- Knowledge of Quality Standards relevant to the industry

**_What will we offer?_**
- 22-24K depending on experience, Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000), a percentage of commission based on your teams performance as well as your own
- 20 days holidays plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm (half day on Friday for hitting weekly target)
