Our client, a Facilities Management company in the commercial sector, is looking for a Projects Administrator to join their growing team. **Industry experience is essential**.

This is a maternity cover contract, so will be for up to 1 year
- Preparing project related documents including writing and editing of these.
- Scheduling project appointments where required.
- Participating in project meetings and taking meeting minutes (if on site and required)
- Being ready for any other project administrative tasks that may arise.
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Providing general office support to the team.
- Keeping computer databases and job spreadsheets up to date
- Researching company data and archived reports
- Collecting and inputting company data to comply with ISO9001 Quality Management

To be considered for the role of Projects Administrator, you should have:

- Previous experience from a facilities management or maintenance organisation
- The ability to understand complex schedules and to prioritise workloads
- Excellent administration skills, and the ability to store and record information accurately
