**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the finance department, playing a crucial role in various responsibilities including:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of sales invoices
- Collaborating with customers for timely approval of sales invoices and issue resolution
- Forecasting accurate cash receipts through effective communication
- Processing purchase invoices
- Bi-weekly processing of employee expenses and payments
- Managing corporate credit card expenses
- Conducting bank reconciliations
**Key Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:
- Knowledge of SAP (preferable but not essential)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Problem resolution and process familiarization abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable processing or a similar role would be beneficial
