**Technical Sales Advisor (12 Month Fixed Term contract)**
Teknek are looking for a Technical Customer Advisor to be the front line in developing and maintaining our existing customer relationships B2B.
This is not a call centre role, you will not be cold calling. You will be working alongside our busy Customer Experience Team in our modern offices in Inchinnan, near Glasgow Airport.

.**What would you be doing?**
- You will be the first point of contact with your customers
- Building trust and loyalty with your customer
- Process orders, and prepare shipping documentation
- Working with the Marketing team to make our customers aware of new products, end of lines
- Communicating with the Service department to arrange for maintenance calls
**Desirable Skills**
- Previous B2B experience within a technical or industrial environment essential
- A natural passion for talking to customers and excellent service
- Experience of sales order processing and shipping procedures
- The ability to make the technical information you will be passing seem simple
- The desire to take ownership for the customer experience
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Thrives in a busy sales office environment
- Experience of B2B Marketing campaigns an advantage
- Second language an advantage
