**How will your role contribute at NewDay?**

Reporting directly to the Senior Implementation Lead, this role supports the operationalization of a roadmap of continuous improvement initiatives within Credit & Collections.

You will be responsible for identifying, analysing and embedding change into our operational teams by using a range of techniques and media in order to get the best outcome for our customers, colleagues and business.

**What will you be doing day-to-day?**
- Working with the wider Credit & Collections team to ensure all streams of work are progressing to schedule where direct execution resides within Credit & Collections
- Take accountability for the management of small change ensuring it is assessed and delivered according to the relevant change governance
- Carry out a variety of analysis activities including Process mapping, Customer Journey Mapping, Impact Assessments, Root Cause Analysis and present your findings in a format fit for your audience.
- Recommend changes and improvements, explaining the costs and benefits of your recommendations and then measure the results.
- Deploy and lead the delivery of a continuous improvement roadmap that includes appropriate initiative selection & prioritisation to meet strategic objectives
- Be accountable for ensuring Credit & Collections business requirements are collated, documented and well understood by all delivery partners across NewDay Ltd.
- Partner with NewDay Commercial, Product, IT and Business Transformation teams to ensure new platforms, products and services are seamlessly integrated into Credit & Collections functions.
- Lead all aspects of the Operational Readiness processes to ensure key projects are delivered into the Credit & Collections functions
- Manage risks and issues, being able to articulate the impact of these on the business functions
