Credit Control Manager

Credit Control Manager position at a Travel Management Company based in Central London
**Your new company**
You will be working for an established, global travel management company in Central London. The company has got offices all over the world including Dubai, Australia, Germany and Spain and they also offer hybrid working.
**Your new role**
In your new role, you will be a key member of the finance team where you will be responsible for a team of five. This will include two senior credit controllers who have two more junior credit controllers below them. The credit team you would be working inis currently growing and changing therefore you should be capable and motivated to deal with the challenge.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to be a leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. You will need to have previous experience of managing a team of at least 3/4 individuals. You should also have proven experience in managing change in terms of system and process improvement.Experience in the travel industry is not required however could be beneficial. You should also be a team player with an empathetic character who is also able to build relationships with the wider team.
