We are currently working with a vibrant and exciting entrepreneurial company which has been established for nearly 10 years. It's a fast growing, innovative company who sell their globally patented products into a wide range of clients all over the world.They also work in partnership with major stadia, festivals, venues and events.

With an increasing portfolio of products, new markets and customers, they are recruiting for a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to develop and convert proactive leads and to also manage and convert opportunities that come in directly from website enquiries.

Salary is £30k - £40k plus quarterly bonuses (up to £15k per annum) + benefits. Hybrid working (based in the Marlow office 3 days a week).

Duties include
- Sales development: Through a combination of contacts, attending events and lead generation, proactively develop new sales opportunities across our services
- Sales planning: Create a sales strategy and plan for creating sales in core and new sectors
- Direct sales: Respond to inbound sales inquiries and drive conversion
- Administration: Have a high level of attention to detail in creating invoices and managing customer leads
- Communication: Provide reports, results and data to management on sales prospects and sales conversion

Skills/Experience
- At least 3 years sales experience with demonstrable results, preferably in a similar sector such as events, catering, hospitality, fesitvals, venues
- A person with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in sales planning and identifying new sectors to target that has delivered results
- Effective communicator who can flex style to get the best results from those around them
- Emotionally resilient and self-aware
- Can challenge effectively and confidently, articulating own views clearly and constructively
- Loves to bring new ideas to the table, whilst providing a clear articulation on the pros and cons
- Able to analyse data efficiently and effectively. Identify the issues and provide solutions
