We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide support to the Repair and Despatch Administrator and the Sales & Marketing Executive. The Administration Assistant will help to ensure our customers continue to receive the same level of service as the company grows.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record new purchase orders, which have been approved by contract review, in order management system (SAGE)
- Provide weekly customer order updates for key customers
- Despatch units to customers preparing all required paperwork in accordance with purchase order requirements
- Package finished goods for storage
- Support Despatch & Repair Administrator and Sales & Marketing Executive as required

To succeed, you should have the following attributes and experience:

- Be highly motivated, with a strong ability to use own initiative
- Must be organised with the focus and determination to work independently
- Must be capable of communicating confidently with customers and/or peers; this could include English speaking foreign nationals
- PC literate - capable user of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 18-24 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
