Administration Assistant

**The Role**
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Sort and distribute incoming post and prepare outgoing post or packages.
- Conduct data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in organising and maintaining office files and records
**About You**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Conscientious and reliable.
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and computer proficiency.
- Must have a good understanding of, and be able to comfortably use, windows based computer systems.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Able to work quickly with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible approach to work as tasks can vary and the roll may expand
