Assistant Supply Chain Coordinator

Key accountabilities

To vet and approve sub-contractors and Suppliers in line with the ISG SmartSource System's requirements
Coordinate the Supply Chain approval process from the initial proposal through to financial sign off
Dealing with any queries from the commercial/operations teams with regards to Supply Chain approvals and their progress.
Pro-actively manage the return of outstanding (p)re-qualification questionnaires from sub-contractors and suppliers via various forms of communication methods
Help with queries/questions from sub-contractors and suppliers in terms of the approval process and any PQQ criteria
Maintaining all process trackers, SmartSource Shared Inbox, and spreadsheets
Maintaining subcontractor and Supplier company data held within ISG SmartSource and updating as required
Ability to source solutions to problems
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated, able to work on own with mínimal supervision and a team player
Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
