Join AstraZeneca as a Supply Chain Coordinator, a key role in ensuring the supply and availability of our medicines to all customers of the UKMC. Our products are supplied and managed in compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines, supporting the strategic and commercial objectives of the UKMC. This role is crucial in ensuring supply to patients, minimizing impact on customers purchasing AstraZeneca products in line with capacity and product availability, and ensuring status of supply and issues/risks are communicated to Operations to support Sales & Operational Planning processes.

**Accountabilities**:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for stock/inventory management processes and systems with regards to the supply of AstraZeneca products to Agents and end customers of the UKMC. You will ensure and maintain balanced and compliant stock holding across the Distribution Centre (Movianto) and at all Agent depots. You will also support core inventory processes, collaborate with supply chain manager and supply chain finance manager to maintain high customer service levels, provide Inventory input as required for monthly/weekly S&OP / JOC / Supply Chain Team meetings, and much more

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Highly numerate
- A levels and good analytical skills
- Highly developed Excel skills + advanced IT literacy
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Management and development of processes
- Analysis of data and trends in data sets

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Supply chain related experience or qualification
- Project management
- Supply chain experience (in pharmaceutical industry)
- Understanding of supply management
