The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is looking for a Hospitality Receptionist to join our hospitality team and support on the delivery of events at the venue. We are looking for a customer focused person to join our team and contribute to delivering fantastic service to all our customers

**What you will be doing**
- Playing a leading role within the Hospitality Team on event days; managing the ticket collection process and being the main meet and greet to all our hospitality customers
- Assisting in the management of the suite checks, and event setup to ensure all areas are ready, clean and tidy for hospitality guests’ arrival.
- Resolving hospitality ticket queries, issues and complaints received from clients on the night. This includes utilising the in-house booking system to print duplicate tickets and process hospitality upgrades.
- Taking a lead on upgrading hospitality customers on event night, including utilising our hospitality areas to gain maximum revenue.
- Liaising with the Front of House Manager, Crowd Management, and the Catering Team to highlight and resolve any ticketing, production or catering issues related to the hospitality areas.
- Liaising with hospitality clients during intervals of the event to ensure their experience is meeting the expectations of customer and make recommendations for change to Manager. This includes building relationships with annual clients and regular bookers.
- Supporting and supervise the Hospitality Hosts on certain event nights.
- Processing new hospitality ticket sales via the booking system and distribute to clients as necessary, ensuring 100% accuracy. This includes ensuring all internal sales, marketing and finance processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Updating the relevant company databases / ticketing systems with accurate client and sales information and ensure all data is managed in line with GDPR.

**What we are looking for**
- Our expectation is for our Hospitality Receptionist to work a minimum of 50% of the event nights at the venue within an annual year. All event nights will be flexible working hours with an expectation to support with administration within the office when required.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Customer service management
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Complete additional duties requested by a Manager or Supervisor.
- Deliver service with a smile.
