The Talent Crowd are currently working with a prestigious law firm in the Solihull area, the company are very niche with fantastic specialities that mean you can really make a difference whilst working with a dynamic team in a modern firm.
My client are seeking a "Administration Assistant" to join their busy team
Duties
- Filing - Maintaining physical filing in correct order to company procedure and adding more to the system
- Case Management - Using there Case Management system to create, open and close files
- Communication - Liaise with Solicitors, Fee earners and Police dealing with ad
- hoc duties
- Diary Management - Booking in meetings, 1-2-1's, training and events
- Organisation - prioritise own daily tasks accordingly and update database's

Experience needed
- Administration experience within a legal firm 1yr +
