Are you seeking a part-time position? Are you an organised individual? We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our client working 3 days per week with the potential of the days increasing to 4 days Monday to Friday, working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will be joining an international Training and Consultancy company specialising in Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical and Facilities Management. You will be working alongside a stable and very successful team in Solihull.

If you can work at a fast pace managing multiple duties at the same time whilst remaining calm, then this is the role for you

As the Administrator, you will be:

- Supporting the technical training team in sending out joining details to customers
- Sending out course material and arranging for the training materials to be distributed
- Formatting PowerPoint presentations
- Setting up conference rooms for training to take place
- Producing certificates
- Chasing purchase orders
- Liaising with customers as and when required to obtain other additional information

This position is 90% administrative and 10% over the telephone.

In return, the Administrator will receive a salary of circa £25,000 per annum pro rata.

We are keen to speak to anyone who has previously worked as a Training Administrator, Office coordinator, Office Manager, Office Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, Learning & Development or any other similar position.
