Our client is recruiting a Senior Valuations Associates hireto join the Asset Management team based in London.

This role will suit someone who wants to work ina fast-paced environment is crucial.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain monthly or quarterly financials models tracking KPIs, income statement and cash flows
- Perform valuation analyses; incorporate and understand relevant credit information, transaction structures, available market data, reserves/valuation adjustments and any relevant regulatory, risk or accounting considerations.
- Liaison with the investment teams, finance teams and 3rd party independent valuation specialists
- Prepare and verbally present valuation analysis to the valuation committee
- Support the year-end audit valuation
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 1- 4 years of experience at a top tier public accounting firm (transaction services), third party valuation provider, or investment bank/asset manager,
- Progress towards a finance-related professional qualification (i.e. CFA) preferred
- Experience with valuation modeling (3 statement model, DCF, liquidation analysis)
- Knowledge of private investment valuation
- Knowledge of financial instruments and financial risks measurement
- Excellent in Microsoft Applications (VBA preferred)
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and meet demanding deadlines
