Transport Assistant

Job Overview:
Due to continued growth and expansion, HF Owen Transport & Storage Ltd are looking for a Transport Assistant to join their team in Llandygai.
Working hours are:
Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.
Minimum 50 hours.
Basic weekday hours would be 07:30 to 17:30
Duties include:
- Help manage day to day operations
- Route & plan deliveries & collections
- Load and unload vehicles throughout the day
- Deliver goods locally when needed
- Support the management team in daily tasks
- Assist in maintaining efficient office operations
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Provide exceptional customer service
**Skills**:
- Class 1 & 2 licence will be an advantage
- The ability to drive a forklift will be an advantage
- Local geographical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal Welsh & English communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive tasks to completion
- Computer literate with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
