Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing high-quality care to patients under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Support patients with personal care tasks
- Help in the implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Drive patients to appointments or outings as needed

**Skills**:

- Experience in home care or care homes is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
- Proficiency in IT for maintaining electronic health records
- Ability to follow care plans accurately
- Valid driver's license for patient transportation
- Fluency in English for clear communication with patients and staff

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
