**Role Overview**:
As a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients. This apprenticeship will offer you hands-on experience and professional development opportunities in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our services and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling and managing appointments.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Support the customer service team with administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
- Willingness to enroll in a 12 Month Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship program and complete end point assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
