Your role will involve continuing responsibility for the care of patients in your charge, including all administrative duties associated with patient care, undertaking ward duties under the direction of senior colleagues, providing evidence-based care for patients in a multi-disciplinary setting and conducting suitable duties in cases of emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.

All staff in each Directorate are managerially accountable through their Lead Clinician to the Clinical Director, who has overall responsibility for the services within the Directorate and will work in partnership with colleagues in other Directorates within the Trust.
We work together, and in conjunction with MSE Health and Care Partnership, to deliver excellent local and specialist services to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients in a compassionate way and provide a respectful but vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.
