**Salary up to £24,000 DoE, Hybrid working - 2/3 days in the office, 9am to 5:30pm & great benefits**

We are recruiting for an exclusive opportunity to join a world-class global practice as a Group Coordinator. In this role, you will be working with the core business support team in Manchester City Centre alongside a busy team where you will provide completeadministrative support.

**What the Group Coordinator role will include**:

- Liaising and collaborating with the Business Development team in relation to bid submissions, organising events, and creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings and for client seminars.
- Working with the central business services teams involving general administrative duties and involvement with learning and development training.
- Involved with internal communications through regular team presentations, keeping informed on team diaries, and managing and coordinating business travel arrangements for the team.
- Taking the lead with new starters onboarding through setting up inductions, creating their new starter pack, and being the face of the company and welcome coordinator on the new employees first day.
- Arranging appraisal meetings for the team twice a year, whilst keeping the team annual leave dashboard.

**What you need to be a Group Coordinator**:

- Some administration or office related experience would be a help, within a team-based role or a Graduate keen to work within this area with a strong and transferable skill set and a desire to work within this type of role
- Excellent computer and IT skills with MS Office knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to support a team of people as well as working on a one-to-one basis.
- A confident communicator with excellent organisation skills.
- Experience of using databases and maintaining administrative procedures (desirable).
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator - training can be provided (desirable).
