We are working on behalf of our client, a premier financial advisory firm, celebrated in the Financial Times and The Independent.

**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000+, commensurate with experience

**Bonus**: Earn up to £400 per quarter upon achievement of KPIs and team targets

**Working Hours**: Full-time

**Location**: Brighton with remote and hybrid working options

As a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator, you will collaborate with a team of consultants and administrators to provide superior support to clients on group income protection insurance, group life insurance, and group (DC) pensions.

The breadth of the role extends from obtaining market quotations to coordinating scheme underwriting and handling client enquiries. Additionally, you'll participate in the training of team members and support consultants in meeting deadlines and new business processing.

**Prerequisites**:

- Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry, including 3+ years of group pensions experience
- Group risk/health experience advantageous, but training can be provided
- Financial examination certifications and willingness to continue learning
