About the Role:
As an Employee Benefits Administrator (Group Risk / Health), you will have the opportunity to join a leading financial advisory firm in Brighton. Our client is highly respected in the industry, having won multiple awards and is frequently quoted in leading newspapers. They are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support their team of Employee Benefits Consultants and provide excellent service to clients and insurers.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Employee Benefits Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Obtaining quotations from the UK's top group risk / health insurers.
- Compiling client-facing reports that detail comprehensive market research.
- Acting as the primary point of contact with insurers to obtain underwriting decisions.
- Preparing suitability letters for clients, outlining recommended solutions.
- Assisting consultants and clients with scheme renewals.
- Conducting data migration of client file information for external compliance checks.
- Handling general administration tasks and promptly addressing client queries.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication.
- Organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of experience as an administrator within financial services.
- Familiarity with health and protection insurance is advantageous.
