**Fixed-term: for 18 Months
We are seeking an invigorated and dynamic individual who will make a significant contribution to teaching in Scottish Gaelic language and linguistics and potentially to the Celtic curriculum more broadly. You will be a confident teacher familiar with contemporary methods of teaching.

Please note that while the School of Literatures, Languages & Cultures operates with a hybrid working model, all teaching is delivered in person and on campus.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Hold a PhD in Celtic Studies or related discipline.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable expertise in Scottish Gaelic language, linguistics, literature and culture.
- Demonstrable expertise in one or more other areas of Celtic Studies.
- Demonstrable ability to design and deliver inspiring teaching.
