My client is a Global hospitality service organisation, seeking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated Learning Development Manager to champion, lead and develop the UK L&D function, you'll join the wider friendly HR team working closely with the operational managerstakeholders to support UK locations at an exciting time of growth and development for the organisation
**Your new role**
In this vital, hands on newly created role you will:

- Interpret and deliver global franchise training for uniformity of standard and service
- Provide and Deliver Training to support and achieve a high-performance & high engagement culture to achieve improved productivity
- Develop new training modules for colleagues at all levels
- Design & develop uniformed training for own brands
- Select train and develop local training ambassadors across the UK locations
- Collect, analyse and report data for effective recommendations
- Coordinate Training Plans
- Source and Manager 3rd Party Providers
- Develop synergies with local education institutions as appropriate and relevant
- Develop and Maintain Effective Training and Career Programmes supporting retention
- Manage the annual training budget
- Design and implement programmes to for proactive staff engagement

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven Experience within a hands-on L&D training role, ideally within a hospitality or retail environment
- Degree level Qualification
- Ability to balance individual and organisation training requirements
- Experience of Successfully Delivering within a fast-paced environment
- Practical and Problem-solving approach
- Strong Relationship & Influencing Skills
- You'll have a vision and the ability to persuade & influence your stakeholders
- Innovative Approach and a dynamic team player
- Excellent written & oral Communication Skills
- Willingness to travel multi sites
