About the Career Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd as a Learning and Development Manager. As a key member of our L&D team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to internal stakeholders and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and education, with experience working in a healthcare environment. You will work closely with other teams across the business to ensure seamless delivery of L&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our internal stakeholders and employees.
  • Create engaging learning experiences through workshops, coaching sessions, and e-learning platforms.
  • Work closely with care homes, nursing homes, and other healthcare environments to understand their training needs.
  • Provide advice, support, and mentoring to in-house trainers and care home managers.
  • Analyze training requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training.
  • NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment.
  • Experience in communicating at a senior level.
  • Experience working in a highly compliant organization.
