Purchasing and Shipping Administrator

**The Opportunity**:
This role would really suit somebody with excellent all round administrative and database skills, a working knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes ( stock control and shipping for instance) and a keeness to work in a global business.

**Responsibilities**:
Creation and maintenance of Advanced Shipping Notifications and monitor deliveries ordered by the purchasing team from global suppliers.
Ensure that warehouse teams are on top of inbound processing and goods receipt
First point of contact for all queries linked to Goods Receipt process for warehouses throughout Europe and Africa.
Actively resolve any anomalies linked to the delivery of goods, from third party deliveries or intercompany transfers.
Address any inbound exceptions on time to support soonest stock availability to customers
Creation and maintenance of shipping notifications for global delivery.
Resolve any stock anomalies rising on the global company wide warehousing ERP system Skills:
Inventory Control / Stock Control / Supply Chain / Buying or Purchasing
Your Excel skills must be very strong (pivots, v-look ups)
