Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading global consulting business to hire a Consultant to join their Rewards practice based in London. This is a leading professional services firm which provides a range of solutions to an impressive client base primarilyacross the financial services and technology sectors. The company has been established for over 50 years and operates across over 100 countries. Their executive compensation advisory practice is looking for a Consultant to help companies undergoing changesuch as those going for M&A activity or start-ups. This will be an externally facing role where you will advise senior management and remuneration committees on levels of pay, performance targets, governance matters and incentive design. Responsibilities willinclude:

- Providing technical knowledge on executive compensation matters
- Assessing business challenges, designing solutions and project-managing client assignments
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and building relations
- Supporting private companies with the design of compensation structures
- Working in accordance with the risk management framework and company policies
- Providing incentive design consulting
- Equity plan valuations
- Performance calibration
- Supporting with benchmarking exercises
- Communicating technical knowledge of UK executive compensation governance
