- Provide House Management Administration for all Raintree House Holidays houses, covering the following areas:

- Logging, management and resolution of house issues
- Management of regular tasks, such as Gardening, Fire Equipment Servicing, PAT tests
- Management of subcontractors
- Sourcing of replacement house equipment
- Setting up of new houses and forming a relationship with new owners
- Provide admin assistance for Raintree House Holidays, covering the following areas:

- The management and return of security deposits to guests
- Filing of both electronic and physical documentation relating to guests and owners alike
- Recording of comments back from guests
- Recording and returning items left at houses
- Creating floor plans of the houses using designated software package
- Provide admin assistance to other departments as required.

Essential skills for this role:

- Enthusiastic and happy team player, with interest and patience to work with the house management team as well as owners, caretakers, and other tradesmen as required
- Be a ‘self-starter’ - able to understand the need and take responsibility in a variety of situations.
- Good practical understanding of buildings and logistics and a can-do approach to issues and problems
- Dedicated and detailed, along with an ability to work with high levels of accuracy and numeracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products - such as Excel, Word, mail merges etc.
- Comfortable to work long hours on the computer, on the phone and also visiting owners, guests and houses when required.

Additional skills and interests - Good to have:

- Having a basic knowledge of general house maintenance/DIY
- An interest in interior design
- An interest in photography

Salary to be commensurate with experience and number of days worked, but likely to be between £23,500.00 to £26,500.00.
