We are excited to be recruiting for an important Personal Assistant role to support the Stein Group with a wide array of organisational activity.

Responsible for providing outstanding administrative and organisational support, the Personal Assistant will deliver a professional, well-organised and confidential service, demonstrating flexibility and effective organisational and communication skills.

**What you’ll be getting up to**

**Day to day**:

- Providing Personal Assistant support for key leaders of the Stein Group ensuring needs are met, whilst always delivering a high level of service and confidentiality.
- Proactively managing and coordinating the calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments, and protecting time as needed, monitoring deadlines, and providing regular reminders.
- To act as a first point of contact dealing with all correspondence including phone calls and post.
- Booking and monitoring travel, transport, and accommodation for both personal and business as needed.
- Working with book publishers, including liaising on stock.
- Assisting with both internal and external events and special projects as required including planning and managing the events up to and on the day.
- Provide administrative support as requested in meetings, and general day to day assistance.
- Liaising with other PA’s, and the Stein Group to book meetings, and events.
- Managing the personal affairs of key leaders, including household bills, cars service, tax and MOT, insurances etc. as needed.
- Working with production house company to manage schedules that work for all parties.
- Overseeing the promotion accounts to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Liaising with the marketing team for filming.

- Being present in person at team meetings to stay on top of new communications and spending time with the team.
- Being aware of costs in the wider business, including energy consumption, stock control, room costs and the part you play in helping reduce these.
- Keeping safe by ensuring compliance training is up to date as per the training schedule, including completion of training on FLOW.
- Supporting other departments and sites to support the needs of the business.

Previous experience in a PA or business support role in a customer environment is preferable.

This is a full-time (5 days/40 hour per week role) for which some flexibility with working arrangements will be required.

**Our Story**

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.
