We are looking for a **RESERVATIONS CO-ORDINATOR** with **PA/ADMIN** experience.

**PAY: £12 - £15 p/h**

£12 p/h (standard rate, paid monthly)
+ Avg. £2-3 p/h service charge (paid monthly)

**HOURS**: This can be a full time or part time position, depending on the applicant.

Normal working days are Tuesday - Saturday.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The primary focus of the role will be to identify opportunities and implement strategies to maximise covers and revenue from the start of the customer experience. By working closely with our management team you will be a consistent point of contact for guests and colleagues alike. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure seamless customer service is provided to all guests.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE + DESIRED QUALITIES**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a reservations/administration role
- A proven record of providing exemplary customer service
- An engaging and polite phone manner whilst being able to provide and record clear, concise and accurate information
- A professional writing style with a thorough understanding of the English language, spelling, grammar and punctuation
- An excellent level of communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to self motivate, be proactive and use initiative
- Dedication and pride in the service delivered
- Knowledge of ResDiary or similar online booking system
