The Role
We have a superb opportunity for a reception crew member to join our team. A minimum of one year's hotel reception experience is desirable. As the first point of contact, a friendly and welcoming personality is essential. Solid knowledge of hotel reservation systems, such as OPERA, would be beneficial, although not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
- Manage hotel reservations and check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a high level of service
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
