A position has arisen for a Contact and Support officer for the Emergency Duty Team. The Emergency Duty Team are an out of hours emergency response social care team which cover emergencies in relation to Children, Adults, housing and mental health for the boroughs of St Helens and Halton.
The team are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking team member to join the service and assist the Team Manager in day-to-day operation of the team. They will contribute to the development, production and maintenance of procedures and codes of practice to improve quality of service delivery.
