Finance Assistant/ Bookkeeper

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To create supplier payments, weekly and monthly
- Preparation of company expenses
- Preparing statements and issuing credits
- Assisting finance manager/directors with any additional accounting tasks
- Weekly sales and wage report
- To ensure that purchase and sales ledgers are accurately managed.
- To ensure weekly bank reconciliations of all company bank accounts including stores.
- Invoice reconciliation with external customer’s ordering system
- Debt collection as required within company guidelines.
- Payroll
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
