Job Summary: As an experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing management and annual accounts, assisting with bookkeeping, and working with clients in different sectors.

  1. Prepare financial statements for clients, including Limited Companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, LLPs, Trusts, and Charities operating in diverse sectors.
  2. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices and bank transactions on accounting software, and reconciling bank accounts accurately.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,500 based on industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements for clients
  • Bookkeeping tasks and processing of invoices and bank transactions
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience as an Accounts Assistant in a Public Practice firm.
  2. Experience in preparing accounts to trial balance or review stage.
  3. Familiarity with cloud accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
