**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the design and development of the UK entity CASS control framework
- Develop and maintain a strong culture of controls
- Ownership and review of CASS documentation and policies
- Drafting of analytical papers
- Preparation of monthly MI reports
- Development of CASS MI reporting
- Preparation and review of FCA regulatory returns
- Member of the CASS Committee
- Contribution to the ICARA process
- Other ad hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a CASS controls role within financial services, preferably within a CFD and Spread Betting firm
- Expert understanding of the CASS regulations and the wider regulatory landscape
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
