Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a well-established company in Daventry. This role is a Part time role (Days and Hours). Permanent position with a great company.

The role salary is: £19,000

Hours: 30 hours per week

Duties will be:

- To monitor and coordinate with the Senior Accounts/Credit Controller to ensure payments are correct and made on time
- Reconcile all supplier accounts to statements and correct any anomalies.
- To allocate cash to correct invoices
- Update the cashbook daily
- To file all outstanding invoices correctly and have these ready for payment
- To collate and process all group credit card statements
- Make sure all invoices received are date stamped, coded correctly entered on the system correctly
- Liaise with other finance teams where necessary
