**What you’ll do**:

- Support with the delivery of a cost-effective fleet transport service to the MOD (the customer)
- Carry out Service & H&S Audits using Sodexo IT system
- Effective co-operative working with the MOD customers
- Input transport bookings on the transport database
- Produce reports using the IT systems and software available
- Other duties may be requested depending on support needed at that specific time (such as month ending paperwork/compliance)

**What you bring**:

- Practical numerical, interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
- 2 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent; or NVQ Business Administration
- IT qualification and/or skills in word and excel
- Capable typing and administration skills
- Working knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare in the workplace
- Able to work on own initiative or within a team environment
- Must be customer service focussed
- Willing to learn and develop own skills
