The Patient Transport Team are looking for a full-time Administrator to assist with Admin assistant with all admin within the local Patient Transport Service contract. The service provides Non
- Emergency Transport for the Sector of North Essex
This role will be working closely with the PTS Operations Managers, Service Delivery Manager.
To ensure the smooth running of the PTS service by making sure vehicles/equipment are fit for purpose and available on a daily basis. To be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of all time sheet and expenses related information and its submission to payroll. To provide efficient administration services to support the
management Team, including recruitment and ordering uniform. and other admin duties within the day to day running of PTS.
