**Job Title**: IFA Administrator

**Location**: Colchester

**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000

**The Position**

We are currently working on a new IFA Administrator position with a well established Financial Planning firm to be based in from their boutique office based in Colchester.

Our client is forward thinking with a fun, hardworking office culture built around employees. From 2023 they will be operating on a 4 day working week to allow for a better work/life balance

**Required Experience**
- You will have previous experience of working within an Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) environment in an administration or similar role. You will possess the following skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Package including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Interpersonal skills coupled with a 'can do 'attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and to use own initiative
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Team player.
