You will be working in a front of house position answering the telephone and various enquiries. A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.

You will need to have a caring nature, take pride in your work and strive to achieve positive outcomes. You will be flexible, able to multi-task and have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Previous experience in a care home environment is advantageous.

You will be computer literate and have knowledge of using sage software, excel, outlook and word.

Your role will include responsibility for staff personnel files and audits, recruitment documentation, booking and recording of staff training, recording and processing staff hours in association with payroll, invoicing and bacs remittance transactions, keeping records of residents accounts.

**Salary**: £27,664.00 per year
