**The Role**:
Brook Street are proud to be working in partnership with the Homes England, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. We are recruiting for an Admin Officer (Temporary) on a full-time basis to be based at The Lumen (NE4 5BZ), with the opportunity to work hybrid from home.

**Assignment: Initially 6 months, with the high chance of extension and permanent opportunities**
**Rate of Pay: £12.87 per hour**

**Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Flexible working patterns available, as long as the core hours between 10-4 are worked)**
**Location: The Lumen, Newcastle Upon Tyne (NE4 5BZ)**
**Working arrangements: Hybrid working, with opportunities to work from home and in the office**
**Start date: ASAP**

You will build good working relationships both internally (with your team and peers) and externally, with a range of stakeholders.

**What your primary duties can include**:

- Supporting various teams within the business to assist with their administrative and clerical needs
- Performing tasks such as creating purchase orders, booking venues, arranging teams calls and helping manage diaries, as well as other general administrative task
- Providing efficient and adaptable support with ever changing day-to-day activities within the designated teams
- Helping to coordinate the daily affairs of the teams logístical needs
- Handling multiple priorities throughout the day whilst ensuring excellent attention to details
- Strive to produce work that is of the highest quality and look for ways to help others
- Strong administration skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Packages
- Good Literacy/Numeracy skills
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written
- Be proactive, taking ownership and accountability for decisions and commitments
- Have the ability to solve problems and be resilient
- Have strong planning, time management and organisational skills
