We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Home-Based Admin Assistant to support our team at We Care Bespoke Ltd.

Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to our team, including producing reports and data on childcare sufficiency and other relevant metrics. The successful candidate will also provide advice and guidance to childcare providers and assist in the delivery of funded early education and childcare places.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on childcare sufficiency and other key performance indicators.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to childcare providers.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the delivery of funded early education and childcare places.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in administration and customer service. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Work Arrangements

This is a home-based role with occasional office attendance required. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
