Early Years Sector Administration Support

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled support assistant to work within the early years sector, providing administrative assistance and guidance to professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data and recording systems to support the processing of funded early years payments.
  • Collaborate with schools, early education providers, parents, and children to develop and implement effective communication strategies regarding eligibility and funded places.
  • Provide authoritative guidance and advice on policy and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Process payments for Child Care and Early Education funding, strictly following the Council's Financial Policy.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including education professionals and service providers.
  • Remain thoroughly familiar with current legislation and procedures surrounding early education, childcare, and safeguarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in admin roles.
  • Substantial knowledge of early years and childcare sectors.
  • Deep understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding policies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Working Details:

  • The estimated salary for this position is £14.59 per hour, PAYE.
  • The working hours are 37 hours, Monday – Friday, normal working hours.
  • The assignment duration is 1-2 months.
  • The location is Newcastle.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position, although it may be extended until February. We invite applications from motivated individuals with excellent administrative skills.
