One of the world’s most successful and progressive on-line retail companies is seeking to strengthen its desktop, technical support team with the addition of 2 desktop support engineers.

This role requires excellent technical initiative and communication skills to ensure consistent delivery of services. Working as part of the Technical Services Team to ensure that all desktop, server, network and telephony components are monitored and available to meet the target of 99.9% uptime.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**

**Desktop, Technical Support - Apple MacOS, Windows - JAMF, O365, Airwatch**
- End user support on all corporate platforms including mobile devices through Airwatch
- Office365- Provide support for users on the O365 platform - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Follow processes and procedures implemented for the current environment including starters and leavers processes and take ownership until ticket is resolved.
- Ensuring the security of desktops and uptime of all systems in line with any SLAs
- Ensuring assigned tasks are kept up to date and that support issues are resolved in a timely manner within SLA using ServiceNow ITSM ticketing tool
- Keeping asset and change management systems up to date at all times and liaising with relevant support teams - IT asset management, Infrastructure and Service Desk
- Documenting all work and ensuring measures are in place to allow others to pick up support and project work where necessary
- Working in a rota system between two London sites - supporting end users 09:30 to 18:00

**Essential Skills & Experience**

**Desktop, Technical Support - Apple MacOS, Windows - JAMF, O365, Airwatch**
- Previous desktop support administration
- Excellent customer service ability
- IOS devices MDM preferably Airwatch
- Maintaining all hardware laptops desktops, printers and mobile devices
- Performing all daily checks consistently and resolving issues
- Knowledge and support experience of Office365
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good Oral & Written English

**Desirable (not essential) Skills & Experience**

**Desktop, Technical Support - Apple MacOS, Windows - JAMF, O365, Airwatch**
- SCCM back-end experience
- JAMF experience
- ServiceNow ITSM ticketing tool experience
- Airwatch support
- DUO management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
