We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Henderson Scott. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that their desktop systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Configure and deploy new desktop systems: Set up new desktop systems, including installing software, configuring network settings, and ensuring that all necessary security patches are applied.
- Manage and maintain desktop systems: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updating software, checking for malware, and ensuring that all systems are running efficiently.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with other teams, such as the IT department, to ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:
