We specialise in Utilities (Power, Telecoms, etc), Civil Engineering, Traffic Management, and infrastructure. We have grown our business on a foundation of expertise, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
Due to growth of the business an exciting opportunity have arisen for ISO Compliance Officer & Administrator to be based in our Livingston Headquarters
As Compliance Officer & Administrator, you will be an essential member to the Glenevin team, reporting directly into our CEO. This is a role in fast-paced operations that requires someone who can prioritise their daily workload with efficiency and meet business priorities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their personal development and advance career prospects.
You must be a resident in the UK at the time of this advertisement and hold necessary paperwork to prove this.
**As Compliance Officer and Administrator, you will be responsible for**:
Glenevin's ISO policies and procedures
Performing routine risk assessments to help organisations understand compliance risk, scope and significance'.
Monitoring the organisation's compliance with regulations and internal policies to ensure they are up to date with
the relevant laws.
Educating employees on compliance regulations and the impact of non-compliance on the organisation
Recording their findings properly and following up with management to ensure the issues are rectified.
Reviewing marketing materials, websites and presentations to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assisting in the gathering of information internally in response to requests by regulatory organisations
Performing administrative tasks such as file creation and maintaining files of ongoing projects
Collaborating with management from other departments to ensure compliance and investigating irregularities.
