**Overview of Role**:
The Associate Analytics Partner plays a vital role in supporting analytics initiatives, conducting hands-on analytics work, and contributing to the measurement and analysis of client campaigns. This position involves working closely with the Analytics team to gather insights, perform data analysis, and assist in client reporting.

**Associate Partner**:
An Associate Partner is a specialist activation position within a team and will often be the main point of contact for the client. An Associate will be a self-sufficient, proactive person who will support the Partner on the strategy of the function, they will be responsible for product activation, effectiveness and analysis as well as quality assurance. An Associate Partner will be client facing and be responsible for the performance for a client, channel or function.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Analytics team to gather and analyse data from various sources, including web analytics platforms, marketing data, and client databases.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of analytics tracking and reporting tools.
- Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights and trends, contributing to the optimization of client campaigns.
- Generate and maintain client reports, showcasing key analytics findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across client campaigns.
- Assist in the development of measurement frameworks and data collection strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging analytics trends to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Contribute to client interactions and presentations by providing insights and data-driven recommendations.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:

- A strong foundation in analytics and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, with a focus on data gathering and reporting.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and support analytics initiatives.
- Effective communication skills to convey data insights and findings.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A desire to contribute to data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.

**Skills & Experience**:
Must-Have:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Proficient in GA4, GTM, BigQuery and Looker Studio
- Data analysis skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

- JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis in tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation methodologies.
