**Job Title: Fleet Administrator**

**Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and 1 in 4 weekends**

**Working weekend hours: Saturday 8am - 1pm in the office, on call Saturday & Sunday (day off during the week in lieu)**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Salary: £23,400 (increasing to £25,000 after successful probationary period)**

**THE ROLE**

Our Fleet Division is growing and we are looking for new members of the team based at our Andover office.

As part of our team you will be the first point of contact for all of our Fleet customers, using a number of our online systems to co-ordinate all aspects of Fleet support.

Daily duties include:

- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Invoicing
- Working closely with technicians and other departments
- Scheduling work for technicians
- Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles
- Keeping all systems up-to-date
- Scanning paperwork and other general admin duties

**ABOUT YOU**

Ideally you will have:

- Experience in an administrative role or be able to demonstrate transferable skills
- IT Skills, with knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage your own workload but still be a team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
