**What’s the role?**

**As a Rental Coordinator within the Power Rentals Team, you will be required to provide and deliver a consistently efficient, accurate and professional level of service to colleagues and clients, all while acting as an ambassador of the Shenton Group brand. You will need to have strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires taking calls, management and maintenance of day-to-day administration including, but not limited to, invoicing, organising maintenance and servicing of the rental fleet, compiling of RAMS, and booking meetings and surveys.

**What do you need?**

**You need to have a positive proactive approach to engaging with your role and your colleagues. Experience of a hire department would be beneficial but is not essential if you have the right attitude and are quick to learn. Standard IT skills are required and experience of SAP Business One, or similar, would be beneficial. You need to be organised, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.

You need to be confident in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have a can-do attitude towards challenges. Self-motivated, organised and the ability to work to process unsupervised is required. A fresh perspective is always welcome and a sense of humour will see you fit right in.

**What’s in it for you?**

**You will have the opportunity to work for Shenton Group and become part of our family Our core values are Family, Sustainability, Technical and Commitment which inform our vision and culture. You’ll be part of our diverse Rentals Team working alongside Grant, our Operations Manager, and Stuart, our Rental Coordinator.

This role may become more focussed on either Sales or Operations as the department grows and develops.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience and giving you opportunity to grow. Benefits include, but are definitely not limited to, being part of a company bonus scheme and a cashplan health benefit. We’ll provide you with a company uniform, a laptop and company card to enable you with your role. You’ll also receive 25 days leave which grows with length of service as well as many other perks and allowances.

At Shenton Group we encourage both personal and professional development, and our support will provide you with opportunities to grow and learn new skills.

**Shenton Group are the UK’s leading Technical Experts in Standby Power, Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Combined Heat and Power Systems with family-owned business values. Our vision is to provide the most trusted energy solutions, in an unpredictable world.

Our people are important to us. Culture is not something that you can see, hear or smell, but it is certainly something you can feel.
