We are looking for our new team member - a Retail Assistant - who'll assist and manage day to day operations for Specscart Urmston retail store. We fully support career development and if successful, we will help you achieve your goals.

You must be well-presented, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with our customers.

Your ability to boost sales by giving quality individual customer service would help you achieve the position. And of course, enthusiasm for sales and growth is always a plus point at Specscart.

**Job responsibilities**:
Your primary goal is to assist customers and ensure that they have an enjoyable shopping experience and want to return to Specscart. High-quality retail assistants are in-demand because they help generate repeat business. You report to a supervisor/manager and work as part of a team.
- Warmly greet customers who visit the store.
- Answer queries and handle customer complaints and ability to resolve them independently.
- Deal with customer transactions such as sale, dispense and returns.
- Receive, process, and organise deliveries.
- Process cash and card payments.
- Assist customers with selecting the best frames.
- Manage and maintain store inventory.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide them with the best recommendations.
- Coach and support new and existing associates.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning in store.
- Handle complaints from customers.
- Willing to commute between the stores.
